The simple yet aromatic seasoning of sauteed cumin, mustard, curry leaves, coriander and coconut makes it simply irresistible ખાંડવી એક બહુ જ સ્વાદિષ્ટ પરંપરાગત ગુજરાતી વાનગી છે જેને સવારના નાસ્તામાં અથવા ભોજનની સાથે એક સાઈડ ડિશના રૂપે પીરસવામાં આવે છે. તે ખાવામાં સરસ હોવાની સાથે પૌષ્ટિક પણ છે કારણકે તેને બનાવવા માટે બહુ ઓછા તેલનો ઉપયોગ થાય છે અને બેસનને વરાળમાં પકાવવામાં આવે છે. તેને બનાવવા માટે સૌથી પહેલા બેસન અને છાશનું ખીરું બનાવીને તેને પકાવવામાં આવે છે અને પછી તેમાથી રોલ બનાવવામાં આવે છે. રોલની ઉપર તલ, લીમડાના પાન, જીરું અને રાઈનો વઘાર નાખવામાં આવે છે. ખાંડવીના રોલ બનાવવા માટે થોડો ભોજન બનાવવાનો અનુભવ હોવો જરૂરી છે પરંતુ આ વિધિમાં અમે ખાંડવી બનાવવાની સરળ રીત બતાવી છે.
