The dish is prepared by cooking paneer cubes and green peas in a spiced tomato-based gravy, flavored with kitchen king masala powder. It is usually served with chapati, naan, roti or rice. Matar paneer is a delicious and healthy dish that is easy to prepare and enjoyed by many. 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 1. Oil - 3tbsp 2. BON Kitchen King Powder 3. BON Chilli Powder 4. BON Turmeric Powder 5. BON Kasuri Methi 6. Green Chillies 7. Tomato - 2 8. Onion - 1 9. Garlic - 2 cloves 10. Ginger - 1inch 11. Cashew -5 12. 1 tsp cumin seeds 13. 1 tsp poppy seeds 14. Ghee - 4 tbsp 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐝: 1. Heat a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and fry 1 chopped onion. 2. Add 2 green chillies, 1inch and 2 cloves of garlic. 3. Add 5 cashew nuts and 1 tbsp poppy seeds. 4. Add 1 tsp cumin seeds, and 1 tsp BON Kasuri methi. 5. Add ½ cup of water. 6. Keep for 30 minutes and grind all the ingredients to a fine paste. 7. Heat 3 tbsp ghee and add 2 pureed tomatoes. 8. Add the ground masala to the pan and mix well. 9.Add 1 tsp BON chilli powder and ½ tsp BON turmeric powder. 10. Add 2 tsp BON kitchen king masala and mix well. 11. Add 1 cup of boiled green peas. 12. Cook until ghee separates. 13. Add 2 cup water and 250g fried paneer. 14. Cook for 5 minutes. 15. Garnish with coriander leaves and its ready to serve.
