And let it cool. Now add salt, paprika, chicken powder, and butter milk . now marinate whole night . for coating mix all the ingredients and add in marinated potatoes the heat oil and fry . lastly serve with ketchup . Galawat kay kabab: Ingredients Beef mince ½ kg Papaya paste 1-1/2 tbsp Salt as required Cumin roasted 1-1/2 tbsp Fennel ground ½ tsp Rose petals 2tbsp Onion ground 2tbsp Green chilies ground 1tbsp Roasted gram flour 2tbsp Cardamom ground ½ tsp Pan leaves ground ½ tsp Kabab chini powder ½ tsp Oil or clarified butter for frying Onion cut in rings for serving Method Marinate beef mince in papaya and salt for half hour, now add all the remaining ingredients and give the shape of kabab , lastly fry in oil or clarified butter , serve with onion rings . Bhuni keri ki chutney: Ingredients Raw mangoes 200gm Green chilies 3-4 Garlic 1 Salt as required Roasted cumin 1tsp Coriander, mint as required Black salt ¼ tsp Sugar 1tbsp Method Peel raw mangoes and wash , now in a bowl add raw mangoes, garlic and green chilies then grill it , now add all the remaining ingredients and grind thickj and serev . hBHIo1_6vhY |
