| Video Discription | First and foremost I'd like to apologize to any identity that didn't make it into the video. I included 'queer' as an umbrella term for all the identities I surely missed. You are valid and loved and feel free to educate me on your identity. --- When I first saw Greatest Showman in theaters and heard "This is Me" I cried. The song hit deep, it felt like perfect way to describe how it felt sometimes as queer person. It hit me hard as I felt every emotion in this song, the shame and fear that used to haunt me, and the pride that I now feel, the understanding that you can't fix something that isn't broken. So I decided for Pride Month that I wanted to make this song into a PMV of sorts, I still have no idea how I thought of it anymore and I began my work. This PMV took about a month, I was drawing up to 5 panels a day and I only had a few days where I didnβt draw anything. Editing took about ~3 days, (which I finished on the 26th so I could upload it today) and Iβm pretty proud of my work! --- I chose to upload today because today is the first day of the Stonewall Riots, which is the reason we celebrate pride month in June. It was the beginning of an incredible movement towards rights we have today.
