| Video Discription | After many years on YouTube and running a Facebook fish keepers group page ("Ben O'Cichlid"), I've heard many misconceptions, myths and lies connected to proper fish keeping. Many of these would lead to trouble for that fish keeper. Sick and dying fish, poor water quality and a variety of other problems. In this video I've put together the top 5 fish keeping lies, myths, misconceptions and urban legends that I've come across. I'm sure I can think of more. Many fish keepers unfortunately still believe some of these and accept them as "Everybody knows..." truth and facts. Some of these misconceptions and lies can cause a lot of aggravation for fish keepers and some of them can even kill fish. Hopefully some of those myths will get cleared up in this video.
