But as MTA contractor CH2M's John Smolenski explains, the beauty is in the detail. We were there when the first fully wrapped car arrived in January. (All it was missing was a bow.) As each new car arrives at the Cromwell Maintenance Facility, it is thoroughly tested for full service before MTA accepts it for use.
