| Video Discription | Today we’re making a massive tomahawk steak on the Santa Maria grill and griddle, and we’re turning it into an epic steak sandwich! My first outdoor cooking love has always been live fire cooking, charcoal grilling, etc., so when the guys at TMG Pits asked me if I wanted to test out their new Santa Maria grill and griddle attachment, I couldn’t resist! And their Santa Maria is a beast! I’ll show you how I made the coal bed, and how I smoked a tomahawk steak on the grill. Then, we’ll make a horseradish cream sauce to use as a sandwich spread. Caramelize some onions on the Santa Maria griddle and toast up a French baguette with a garlic butter. Lastly, we lowered the griddle to give the tomahawk a final sear.
