It consists of 2 hand routines: 1st set - Yi Lu, and the 2nd set - Er Lu. The 2nd set of Xin Jia, just like in the 2nd routine of Lao Jia (Old Frame or Old Method) concentrates mostly on explosive power (Fa Li or Fa Jin), while the 1st set concentrates mostly on details and softness (Chan Si Jin) of techniques.
