We are doing this video because we saw a documentary called The Magic Pill. The documentary was very touching about the keto diet. There are so many false information and I feel that all these false diets stay around because people dont observe. Exapmles of false information: the American cancer association is recommending against being on the sun and they dont recommend against carbs or alcohol. Or the diabetics association is saying that its perfectly ok to eat carbs. I found the keto diet while doing water fasting. And I heard the results that the keto diet can do. I heard it can help diabetes, cancer, autism and so on. And I thought it was too good to be true, but I tried it. Same for my wife. She was very very against the keto diet, but she tried and now she is a very happy ketoer. But the point is that we are doing keto because it has worked for us and no other reason. And this is also the attitude you should take. And in this documentary The Magic Pill they showed some case studies and what happened when they went on keto. And they show one person with epilepsy, one with autism, one with cancer and one with diabetes and so was shown and it was shown what happened after they went on the keto diet. And the documentary is no really trying to convince you its just showing what happens to these people and it is utterly mind boggling. So we really recommend that you watch the documentary and also try keto for yourself and you make up your mind based on what works for you and what your observations are.
