This masala can be used for all Malvani style Chicken, Mutton, Fish recipes. Ingredients: 2 tbsp Oil 4 tbsp Coriander Seeds 2 tbsp Khus Khus 1 tbsp Dagad Phool 12 Teppal 1 tbps Funnel Seeds 1 tbsp Shahjeera 1 tsp Mustard Seeds 2 Masala Cardamom 2 Bay Leaves 1 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Jaypatri 3 inch Cinnamon 1 tbsp Black Pepper 20 Cloves 30 Dry Red Chillies Method: - In a pan heat some oil. - Add coriander seeds, khus khus, dagad phool, teppal, funnel seeds, shahjeera, mustard seeds, masala cardamom, bay leaves, turmeric powder, jaypatri, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves and dry red chillies. - Roast everything well for few minutes. - Keep the mixture side to cool down. - Add the mixture to a mixer grinder and grind well to get a smooth powder. - Malvani Masala is ready to be used.
