I have made this Mango Kheer with Lauki, which makes it healthier and creamier. You can also make this Kheer with Rice, just replace the Ghia/Lauki with 2 Tbsp of Rice. It is always good to add mangoes in the last once the kheer is cooled completely. It gives Mango Kheer better colour, texture and most importantly avoids curdling of the milk.
