| Video Discription | Ve perde açılıyor... And curtain... Mert Fırat, 1981 Ankara doğumludur. Liseyi bitirdikten sonra İsveç’te Radyo Televizyon eğitimi gören Fırat, daha sonra Ankara’ya dönüp Ankara Üniversitesi D.T.C.F Tiyatro Bölümü’nde Oyunculuk eğitimi almıştır. 2005 yılından itibaren birçok sinema, tiyatro ve tv projesinde görev alan Fırat’ınilk senaryosu; İlksen Başarır’la birlikte yazdığı ve başrolünü oynadığı “BAŞKA DİLDE AŞK” filmi olmuştur. Bu filmi yine senaryosuna imza attığı “ATLIKARINCA” filmi takip etmiştir. Öğrencilik yıllarından itibaren aralıksız her yıl Tiyatro sahnelerinde olan, MODA SAHNESİ, Bursa SANATMAHAL ve DASDAS’ın kurucularından Mert Fırat, halen MODA SAHNESİ’nde, “BÜTÜN ÇILGINLAR SEVER BENİ”ve “EN KISA GECENİN RÜYASI”, DASDAS’ta “JOSEPH K.” oyunları ile seyirci karşısına çıkmaya devam etmektedir. Mert Fırat was born in Ankara in 1981. After graduating from high school, he went to Sweden to receive training in radio and television. Later he moved back to Ankara and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theater from Ankara University Faculty of Language, History and Geography. He has starred in a series of television programs and movies since 2005. He also played the lead role in the film “Love in Another Language”, the script of which was written by Fırat himself along with the director İlksen Başarır. Fırat also wrote the script for the film titled “Atlıkarınca” (Merry-go-round). Fırat, who has been involved in theater for many years performing on various stages is also one of the founders of Bursa SANATMAHAL, MODA STAGE and DASDAS, still performs in striking shows titled “Bütün Çılgınlar Sever Beni” (All the Crazy People Love Me), “En Kısa Gecenin Rüyası” (A Midsummer Night’s Dream) on the Moda Stage and “Joseph K.” on the DasDas in Istanbul Ataşehir.
