| Video Discription | New Delhi, Jan 07 (ANI): Director of MeT Department, Dr. Mrutyunjay Mohapatra, on Saturday said that an active western disturbance is affecting Western Himalayan region, like Jammu and Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh from January 3 due to which snowfall is happening. He also said that from Friday onwards, it is affecting Punjab, Haryana, West Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Chandigarh and some parts of north Rajasthan, causing a drop in the mercury.
