Recipe: Ingredients: 2 Cups of Gram Flour (Besan) ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Spring Onion ½ Cup of Grated Cabbage (Patta Gobi) ½ Cup of Grated Carrots (Gajar) ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) ½ Cup of Finely Chopped Spinach (Palak Finely Chopped Coriander Leaves (Dhania) 2 Tablespoons of Rice Flour (Chawal ka Atta) 2 Teaspoons of Ginger-Garlic (Adrak-Lehsun) Paste ½ Teaspoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 2 Teaspoons of Dhana Jeera 1-1.5 Teaspoons of Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder 1 Teaspoon Carom Seeds (Ajwain) Salt Water Oil Procedure: 1.In gram flour, add rice flour, ginger-garlic paste, chopped spring onions, grated cabbage, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, chopped spinach, chopped coriander leaves, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dhana jeera powder, carom seeds and salt. Mix well. 2.Add water if required and prepare the batter for pakoras. 3.Add 3-4 teaspoons of hot oil to the batter and mix well. 4.Deep fry the pakoras well in hot oil.
