| Video Discription | JR East's E259 Limited Express Train which is liveried and used for the Narita Express linking Narita Airport with Tokyo, Yokohama and other areas (during normal times) was introduced in 2009 to replace the 253 series which were the original units used for the JR East branded Narita Express. the E259s are 6 car units but for some services are operated as 2 X 6 car trains either as such through to a single destination (or start from two origins) or splitting / joining at Tokyo to operate to / from two destinations / origins (e.g. Ikebukuro / Shinjuku & Yokohama / Ofuna). The E259 was also used for a number of years to operate a daily return "Marine Odoriko" train between Tokyo and Izukyu Shimoda and also operated weekend servicesbetween Barita Airport and Kawaguchiko on the Fujikyu railway in Yamanashi Prefecture.
