Trimakasih.... =================== [INDONESIAN] Resep Nasi Goreng Ala Chef (Bumbu untuk 10-12 porsi) BUMBU NASI GORENG BAHAN 1 : 100 gr Cabai merah 60 gr Bawang putih 100 gr Bawang merah BAHAN 2 : 20 gr Ebi halus/ Udang kering yang dihaluskan 2 buah Terasi BAHAN LAINNYA: 200 gr Nasi putih Bawang putih cincang 1 butir telur Cabai Daun bawang Kecap ikan secukupnya Garam Kaldu ayam kecap manis LANGKAH : 1. BUMBU NASI GORENG : Haluskan semua bahan 1, tumis hingga air menyusut, tambahkan minyak sedikit demi sedikit hingga dirasa cukup,tambahkan bahan 2 sambil di aduk hingga bumbu dan minyak tampak terpisah, pastikan menggunakan api relatif kecil agar tidak gosong. 2. PROSES MEMASAK NASI GORENG : - Pastikan kuali benar-benar panas, - Beri sedikit minyak dan pastikan permukaan terolesi merata, - Masukkan bawang putih cincang (tumis sampai harum), - Masukkan telur (jangan sampai matang), - Masukkan nasi dan aduk hingga merata, - Beri 1 sendok bumbu nasi goreng (aduk rata), - Beri rasa, masukkan garam, kaldu ayam, dan kecap manis secukupnya (aduk rata) - Masukkan daun bawang, cabai, kecap ikan (sedikit saja, karena dapat memberi rasa asin) secukupnya dan aduk rata. - Nasi goreng siap disajikan. =================== [ENGLISH] Chef's Fried Rice Recipe (Seasoning for 10-12 servings) FRIED RICE SEASONING INGREDIENTS 1: 100 gr red chili 60 gr Garlic 100 gr shallot INGREDIENTS 2: 20 g finely ground Ebi / Shrimp mashed 2 pieces of Terasi OTHER INGREDIENTS: 200 gr white rice Minced Garlic 1 egg Chilli Leek Enough fish sauce Salt Chicken broth sweet soy sauce STEP : 1. FRIED RICE SEASONING : Puree all ingredients 1, stir-fry until the water shrinks, add oil little by little until it feels enough, add ingredients 2 while stirring until the spices and oil look separate, make sure to use relatively low heat so they don't burn. 2.
