This has never happened although with no awardees for Visual Arts and Architecture this year. Deocampo is being interviewed by Nestor Cuartero after lunch and before the launch of his "Alternative Cinema: The Unchronicled History of Alternative Cinema in the Philippines" at the Cinematheque Manila.
