Today I am sharing with you an updated version of my no spread no chill cookie dough recipe and I hope you like it. Things I used in this video can be found on my Amazon Storefront: https://amzn.to/3SVXhIl โ the majority of the ingredients I use can be found at Walmart, HEB, local grocery stores, local cake supply stores, SAMS, COSTCO, and even on AMAZON โ๏ธ to find my recipes you can search my channel name VERY CHERRY CAKES followed by the recipe you need, in case you can't find a recipe let me know in the comments so I can fix it โ๏ธ โญ๏ธ OTHER NO CHILL COOKIE DOUGH RECIPES โญ๏ธ chocolate cookie dough https://youtu.be/nnK7NyFA6As strawberry cookie dough https://youtu.be/2Aht8BBwpfA red velvet sugar cookie dough https://youtu.be/MXEGDDQK19k pumpkin spice cookie dough https://youtu.be/1Uc5cColu60 Vanilla Sugar Cookie Dough โจ 1 cup room temperature butter unsalted (if using salted half the amount of salt in the recipe) โจ 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar -place room temperature butter and granulated sugar into a mixing bowl and mix until both ingredients become fluffy and lose a bit of the yellow color, this usually takes approximately 3-4 minutes. โจ 1 cold egg โจ 1 tablespoon vanilla โจ 1/2 teaspoon almond extract -add in cold egg, this will help to make sure your cookies dough is not too soft or too tough, during this time also add in the vanilla and almond extract and mix until these ingredients incorporate. Make sure to stop the mixer from time to time to scrape the sides of the bowl to ensure all ingredients are well combined. โจ 4 cups all purpose flour โจ 1/4 teaspoon salt โจ 1/4 teaspoon baking powder -measure out your flour using a smaller scoop to fill your bigger scoop, this will help to make sure you are not grabbing more or less flour than you need. Once you have the 4 cups, place them in a bowl and add in the rest of the dry ingredients; salt and baking powder, and whisk them to combine. Scoop in your flour a little at a time and before adding more flour make sure the one your previously scooped has incorporated fully into the butter mixture. Your dough will go through stages, so be sure to be patient. It will look sandy and a bit dry but make sure to keep mixing, if you need to knead the dough by hand do that but make sure to be patient as the dough will come together. When the dough starts to separate from the sides of the bowl that means that it is ready to be used.
