SHAO too was one of the invited performers of the event. The moment I saw him on stage performing all those crazy kinetic optical illusions and manipulations, I was completely mesmerized! That was the moment I knew I had to collaborate with him some time in the future. Unfortunately I didn't get an opportunity to meet him at the event. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I tried reaching out to him for the same. Years passed. We got in touch in Feb this year (literally "after two fucking years" since the event). Finally we started brainstorming about the idea of creating an object out of 'Decknosis Logo' and manipulating it. We like to call them "𝗗𝗲𝗰𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀". I knew this idea had potential but was unsure about the magnitude of its potential. Then SHAO showed me some routines with Decknotics and my mind was completely blown. The creativity this guy has is insane and I'm proud to call him my friend. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ After all that here we are with DECKNOTICS 🎭 A video specially dedicated to object manipulation/kinetic optical illusions and one of my dream projects.
