Start your sleeping routine by sitting in meditation in your bed. Listen and chant along if possible. When the body asks you to lie down, do so with least movement possible. Then leave the mind chanting the mantra silently as it drifts off to sleep. If for any reason if you wake up before the time, instead of bringing different thoughts to your mind, simply continue chanting the mantra mentally. You will gain tremendous mental power by not wasting energy on unnecessary thoughts and emotions and by reducing the amount of thoughts being processed by your mind. Your nervous system will become stronger overtime. This will help you to gain overall health in your body and mind. If you are playing this in your children´s bedroom you need not tell them anything unless they are already interested to repeat the mantra mentally into sleep. Anyway their subconscious mind will absorb it and their mind will repeat it automatically after a period of time. While your entire self, body and mind, is relaxed in sleep this magic sound will do its work on you.
