Tip #1 - Be prepared for the 3-5 year burnout cycle Tip #2 - Schedule happiness (travel plans, weekly fun, etc) Tip #3 - Take a long vacation! Tip #4 - Set new goals / milestones / challenges (ask for help on this if needed) Tip #5 - Step back and look at how far you’ve come, then look 3-5 years into the future and create a new vision for yourself (long-term goals / vision) Tip #6 - Start having fun again! Imagine it’s your first day again! (like a new marriage) Tip #7 - Take short breaks during the day to rest your mind (like resting between sets) Tip #8 - Invest in others, take pride in watching them grow, become a mentor -- remember, you are a master now! Be an influencer! (happiness comes from giving it to others) Tip #9 - Make a list of the things you like about your job, team, etc. (attitude/perspective) Tip #10 - Write down all the things you’d like to get done (prioritize, plan, delegate) Tip #11 - Own your time!
