| Video Discription | Rajasthan ki famous Methi Gatte ki sabzi aur Masaaledaar Tikkad Roti banaane ki authentic aur traditional recipe :) INGREDIENTS : (HINDI) ===== मेथी के गट्टे ===== बेसन - १ कप हल्दी पाउडर – १/४ + १/४ छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर – १/२ + २ छोटा चम्मच जीरा – १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच अजवाइन – १/२ छोटा चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर – १/२ + १ छोटा चम्मच नमक – १/२ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच खाद्य तेल - २ + २ चम्मच मेथी - १ बंच राई - १ छोटा चम्मच हींग – १/४ छोटा चम्मच हरी मिर्च - २, कटी हुई अदरक – १/२ इन्च कढी पत्ता - १० से १५ पत्ते प्याज (बडा आकार) - १, कटा हुआ गरम मसाला – १/२ छोटा चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर - १ छोटा चम्मच धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए) ===== टिक्कड ===== आटा - १ कप बेसन – १/२ कप मक्की का आटा – १/२ कप नमक – १/४ छोटा चम्मच देशी घी - २ चम्मच धनिया के पत्ते (कटे हुए) (ENGLISH) ===== Methi ke Gatte ===== Gramflour – 1 cup Turmeric powder – ¼ + ¼ tsp Coriander seeds powder – ½ + 2 tsp Cumin seeds – ½ tsp + 1 tsp Ajwain – ½ tsp Red Chilli powder – ½ + 1 tsp Salt – ½ + ½ tsp Edible Oil – 2 + 2 table spoon Fenugreek leaves – 1 bunch Black Mustard seeds – 1 tsp Asafoetida – ¼ tsp Green Chilli – 2, chopped Ginger – ½ inch Curry leaf – 10 to 15 leaves Onion (big size) – 1, chopped Garam Masala – ½ tsp Amchur powder – 1 tsp Coriander leaves (chopped) ===== Tikkad ===== Wheat flour – 1 cup Gramflour – ½ cup Corn Atta – ½ cup Salt – ¼ tsp Desi Ghee – 2 table spoon Coriander leaves (chopped) EHWDlaigB0A |
