| Video Discription | Parsi mutton curry with coconut milk base. Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe. BHARUCHI KID Ingredients 800 grams lamb, cut into 2 inch pieces on bone 1 tablespoon oil 6-8 black peppercorns 3-4 cloves 1 bay leaf 1 blade mace 4 green chillies 2 medium onions, finely chopped 2 teaspoons ginger-garlic paste Salt to taste 3-4 medium potatoes, peeled ½ teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon Parsi garam masala powder A pinch nutmeg powder ¼ cup fresh cream ½ cup coconut milk Fresh coriander sprigs for garnishing Method 1. Heat oil in a deep non-stick pan. Add black peppercorns, cloves, bay leaf and mace. 2. Slit green chillies and add to hot oil and sauté for 30 seconds. Add onion and sauté till translucent. 3. Add mutton, ginger-garlic paste and salt, mix and cook for 1 minute. Add 3 cups water, mix and cook for 25-30 minutes. 4. Cut potatoes into wedges, add to mutton mixture along with cumin powder, coriander powder, Parsi garam masala powder, nutmeg powder and salt, mix, cover and cook for 15-20 minutes. 5. Add cream and coconut milk, mix and cook for 1-2 minutes. 6. Serve hot garnished with coriander sprigs.
