Recipe:
Ingredients for Marination,,
8 Pieces Chicken Without skin, Prik the Chicken pieces with Fork.
Add 1/2 cup Milk in a Bowl, 1.5 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp white pepper, 1tsp Red Chili powder, 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp Ginger Powder, 2 tbsp Vinegar Or Lemon juice, Mix Well, Add 2 Eggs Mix well.
Coat the chicken from all Sides, Cover and Marinate Minimum for 4 Hours.
Dry Mixture,,
Add 2 Cups Or (250g) All Purpose Flour, 1/2 Cup (50g) Corn Flour, 3tsp Salt, 1 tsp Red Chili powder, 1/2 tsp White Pepper, 1/2 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Garlic Powder & Mix Well.
strain for Even Distribution.
Coating,,
4 Cups of Ice Cold water, Take 1 Piece of Chicken, Coat in Dry Mixture, Put in Cold Water for 10 Sec, Again Coat in Dry Mixture .
Frying,,
Add Oil in a Pan & Heat on Medium Flame , If you see Bubbles Around Skewer, Oil is Ready For Frying.
Deep Fry for 6-7 Minutes Each Side, After 6-7 Minutes Change the Side.
