| Video Discription | Developed by Ascon Software in 1992. this exciting trading sim brings you back to the heyday of Hanseatic League, the trading confederation of German towns in the Baltic during the middle ages. The game is immersive and quite addictive, containing some beautiful graphics and the medieval-style music score. The Amiga version, compared with the PC one, has better music. Although the music in the PC version is also beautiful, Amiga's Paula, custom audio chip, in the end wins the day. Also the gameplay and game engine in Amiga version seem more "polished", and the translation from German is more consistent. However, since the game was made for Amiga 500, the number of colours had to be reduced from PC's 256 colours, and some of the ingame animations are missing. Unfortunately, an AGA version doesn't exist. Overall, this is an excellent game, still playable today. The game can be played by up to four players.
