Many thanks to the AfPP for allowing me to present my recent experiences, for such high quality editing and for allowing me to share the final version. This is my story of NHS whistleblowing at the University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Trust (UHMBT), going back to 2015 and an avoidable death with ongoing risks to life, and extending forward to my illegal dismissal, the deplorable legal tactics used against myself and my family, the Tribunal verdict and the subsequent 2021 NHS England-led investigation which suddenly turned out to have a very potent sting in the tail.
