| Video Discription | Check out my website at https://bigindianfoodie.com/ phirni phirni is a type of Indian dessert.It is a mughlai sweet dish or kheer, prepared with milk,sugar,dry fruits,essence and powder of rice.It has a lovely finger licking taste which you can never forget after tasting it once. Ingredients Raisins .....................………………… 1 tsp Almonds.....................……………….. 5-7 chopped Coconut powder.........………………… 2 tsp Green cardamom powder……………...1/4 tsp Charoli or chirongi.......……………….. 1 tsp Tuti fruity......................................... as required Cashew nuts..................…………….. 8-10 Milk...............................…………….. 1/2 lit Kewra essences................................ few drops Sugar..........................……………….. 8 tbs Powdered rice................…………….. 1/2 cup Method 1) Chop the dry fruits. 2) Soak rice in water for 1 hour,dry it and make powder in mixi. 3) Boil milk add sugar to the milk and cook it till,sugar dissolves.Add charoli almonds,cashewnuts and raisins .Add cardamom powder to the milk.Add coconut powder and cook it. 4) Soak the earthen pots in water and dry them. 5) Add rice powder to the milk.Keep stirring else it may stick at the bottom keep stirring to avoid lumps Of rice.In 4-5 minutes it will become thick.Put off the flame . 6) Pour into pots or bowl.
