The Minister said that Vijayan had tested positive on 4th of April itself and yet he voted without following proper protocols. He added that the Chief Minister mingled with people and did not follow protocol when he went to the hospital. Vijayan had been admitted to medical college on April 8 after testing positive for COVID-19 and was discharged on 14th of April, 2021.
