| Video Discription | This video gives our top tips on how to make pizza in a wood fired pizza oven. The recipe you need is.... 500g strong plain flour, tsp salt, 1pack of dried yeast, 2 tbsp olive oil, 325ml warm water. Dont let the mix get too wet as a drier mix is easier to handle. Knead for 7 mins in mixer or 10 min by hand. Allow to rise in an oiled bowl with a damp cloth on top for 1.5 hours until doubled in size. For dough balls then roll small balls and put on a well floured tray. Otherwise roll out tangerine sized pieces of dough on well floured surface.
