| Video Discription | Hi Friends, today I have come up with a very easy breakfast recipe made with poha. It is also a perfect evening snack which is delicious and can be served as tiffin for kids. So let’s get started: You can follow me at https://www.facebook.com/lopascookbook https://www.instagram.com/lopas_cookbook/ https://twitter.com/LopasCookbook Music by https://youtube.com/ikson What you will need: 1)Poha:1&1/2 cup 2)Suji: 1/3 cup 3)Maida: 1/8 cup 4)Salt: as per taste 5)Whole jeera: 1 tsp 6)Peas: 1/2 cup 7)Coriander leaves: 3 tbsp 8)Green chilli: 2 9)Onion: 1 chopped 10)Carrot: 1 grated 11)Oil for frying: 3 - 4 tbsp How to make: • Take poha and wash thoroughly and drain excess water and keep aside. • Now take suji and add little water and let it soak for 10 /15 minutes. • Now take a mixing bowl and add the poha suji, maida, salt, whole jeera, peas, coriander leaves, onion, green chilli and grated carrots and mix well. • Add little water if needed. • Make small flat balls out of the mixture. • Heat a pan and add little water and fry the poha cutlets till brown on both sides. • Serve hot with tomato sauce. #easybreakfastrecipe #pohacutletrecipe #snackrecipe Easy breakfast recipe with Poha / poha cutlet recipe / How to make poha cutlet/ quick snack recipe/ Poha cutlet is an easy breakfast and snack recipe and it can be also packed for kids tiffin box.
