| Video Discription | A full body pool workout to tone & sculpt & help you lose weight. This one is longer, just over an hour for the complete routine (warm up and stretch included). The goal of this workout is to help you build your endurance, keep you moving and shape your body in all directions. Great, effective workout for ALL levels as Stacy brings you basic athletic movements, in all planes of motions, that can be brought up or down in intensity. Everyone should be able to find ways to move along to this "easy to follow"workout. Come join AquaFIIT CoachStacy for a "Splashing Good Time" in her fun moving workout. No equipment necessary but Stacy will be using aqua gloves for the workout to increase intensity in the upper body. Water buoys may be substituted for most of these exercises. The gloves are a better option for those with weaker wrists but want to use equipment to strengthen their muscles. Aqua shoes are recommended to protect your feet.
