| Video Discription | Australia Graduate Visa Changes From July 2024 | Australia Student Visa Update In its most current Migration Strategy, the Australian government announced modifications to the Australia Temporary Graduate visa programs, and these changes would eventually take effect on July 1, 2024, provided the legislative amendments are passed. These changes are intended to simplify the Australia visa application procedure and accommodate Australia's changing labor market. The decision to extend the Australia Temporary Residence term by 2 years was essentially overturned by these changes, and as a result, the new regulations will not allow for an extension of the Australia Temporary Residence permit duration. In this video, we highlighted all you need to know about the updates to each Australian Graduate visa stream. The Post-Vocational Education Work stream will replace the Australia Graduate Work stream, and applicants will only be eligible to apply if they are 35 years of age or younger. Holders of British National Overseas Passports and Hong Kong passports will remain eligible as long as they are under 50. Candidates must possess a trade certificate, associate degree, or diploma that is directly relevant to the employment they have chosen from the Australia Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List.
