| Video Discription | As creatives, we all have that one thing that inspired us to do what we do. To me, music and dancing are the two things that have inspired me greatly and has huge influence in every work I produce. My trip to Goa last week was nothing but an impulsive decision. I have attended a couple of dance festivals in India many years ago, but I never got the chance to film one. But you know what they say, manifest and the world will give it to you at the right time and right moment. So when that opportunity came, I thought this could be my one and only chance to portray the insane amount of talent that we have in India in the afro latin scene, which personally to me, still undiscovered in India. So I booked my trip and went on my own - no assistant, just a one man army. The weekend festival went by like a blur. It was intense, attendance was packed and events happened like morning to morning and it was just wild! 🤣 When you are in a room full of great dancers, no party is overrated. It was a weekend that got me creatively charged up, overjoyed with tears (yes i cry when im too happy) and a weekend that I, as an artist, definitely needed after this pandemic locked us all down. Went home with a broken back 🤣 but with a happy heart, refreshed mind and a drive full of data 🤣 For now, enjoy this short snippet of that festival im talking about.
