| Video Discription | Boxing is often used therapeutically for people with Parkinson's Disease, as a way to re-introduce rhythmic activity into a body and brain that has lost rhythm and fluidity of movement. Boxing can be used in Postural Restoration programs for the exact same reason. People with a Left AIC and Right BC pattern are walking "off-beat". They are spending too much time on their right foot and not enough time on their left foot. This non-rhythmic activity eventually becomes normalized and pathologic as ranges of motion are no longer available. Hey there, my name is Neal Hallinan.
