These can be confusing English words, because they all relate to where people live, and they all talk about geographical boundaries. A country is a place where people live that has a geographical boundary. Countries also have their own language, Government, laws, currency, army, etc. Within a country, you'll have other places where people live called: "city, town or village". Here the difference is about the size. "Village" is the smallest area, and generally quite rural. "Towns" are mid-sized and generally closer in proximity to cities.
