| Video Discription | KEEMA KACHORI There is no love sincerer than the love of food. ;) INGREDIENTS: Ingredients for dough All-purpose flour 2 cups salt 2 teaspoon water to make the dough Ingredients for filling oil 2 tablespoon garlic 10 to 12 clove minced beef 400g red chilli 1 1/2 teaspoon salt according to your taste green chilli 3 ( chopped) cumin 1 tablespoon coriander seeds 1 tablespoon onion 1 medium size (chopped) cardamom powder about half a teaspoon for layering the dough You need ghee or butter half cup all-purpose flour half a cup Just mix butter and all-purpose flour and make a paste .Use this paste while rolling the kachori dough, as shown in video.it will help making gaps between dough layers .and you will get a light flaky crispy layered crust of kachori.
