This film is meant to explain the details behind the city's destruction, while also tying in the early Resident Evil lore behind Umbrella's rise. This film utilizes a combination of in-game and stock footage, along with custom-made graphics and voice- acting/ narration, to give you a concise look at the events behind the early series. In part 1, we focus on explaining to you the rise of the Umbrella Corporation, the back-story behind Raccoon City, and the various events and incidents that lead up to the city's demise. This is the true "documentary" half of the film. This is a Fan-made project.
