Anger is a basic human emotion. We all feel it at one point or another. But what do you do when you get REAL angry? For many of us, we end up expressing that anger by yelling, slamming a door, or even hitting something...or someone. But what if there was a place you could go when you felt angry and...not feel bad about it? Rage rooms have become more and more popular over the years and they've put themselves forward as a therapeutic alternative for stress relief. But how healthy is that? Is anger expression a good thing? Should we keep it bottled up instead? Well watch the dang video and find out!
