| Video Discription | For those who are new to this channel, we are feeding our dogs a rotational mono feeding diet, which is not a vegan, pmr, or barf diet. I will link the video explaining the difference between the popular raw dog food diet below & If you want to learn more about how we feed our dogs and why, visit the resources mentioned in the description! They have different food on different days. 2 days are exclusively plant based, then next day is an exclusive meat day, and the day after that is an exclusive fasting day which means only water (2/1/1). Stay til the end, because there’s gonna be something like a grocery list in the video so you know what we shop for. A more indepth video about what my dogs eat in a week will be linked in the description. International grocery store: Meat products: Quail Cornish hen Rabbit Salmon Organs, muscles, etc. (heart, gizzard, liver, kidney, brain, lungs, tendons, etc.) Chicken thighs (we avoid chicken wings, feet, and necks usually cause it has extra fat) Fruits/Veggies: Watermelon (smaller, circular watermelons has less seeds) Banana Dates Blueberries Asian pear Mango Papaya Quinoa Blackberries Sweet potato/purple yam P.s I don’t buy all the fruits in one day, I kinda switch between different fruits weekly… but I have stables of which fruits they like… so I’ll buy those fruits more often. Local grocery store (Kroger, Publix, Walmart, Aldi, etc.) Local grocery stores should have all items mentioned above except for some whole prey products and organs. I suggest International grocery stores over local grocery stores for most meat products since most international grocery stores will have most products. This video is strictly about grocery store shopping, but if you can get your hands on good whole prey products from farmers or online stores, that’s good as well. We’re actually looking at getting whole prey from farmers right now. In today’s video, we didn’t record everything that we usually buy because we still have leftovers. We shop fruits weekly so we don’t buy too much; just enough for the boys and us.
