| Video Discription | Hey guys! Check out our delicious Nankhatai recipe.. Tastes really amazing..and needs minimum ingredients..! All you'll need to make Nankhatai : • 1 cup All purpose flour (Maida) • ½ cup Gram flour (Besan) • ½ cup Powdered Sugar • 2 tbsp Fine Semolina (Rawa) • ½ tsp Cardamom powder • Pinch of salt • ½ cup Pure ghee / Clarified butter BAKING: USING MICROWAVE CONVECTION: Preheat oven and bake at 150 degree C for 15 min. USING COOKER: Preheat the cooker using one and half cup salt ( Don’t forget to remove the rubber ring and whistle). Grease the idli plates with pure ghee/butter . Once hot, place idli plates . Bake for 20 min on low flame . USING OTG: Preheat oven and bake at 160 degree C for 18 min with both rods on. Try out this tasty recipe and let us know in the comments how it turned out!
