Recipe for 5 gallons: Water: 9.06 gallons of RO Water Water Profile: Ca2+ - 53 ppm Mg - 8 ppm Na+ - 8 ppm Cl- - 64 ppm SO4 - 76 ppm HCO -16 ppm Grains: 10 lbs Maris Otter (89.9%) 8.5 oz Carapils (4.8%) 7.4 oz Caramel 40 (4.2%) 2.1 oz Roasted Barley (1.2%) Mash for 60 minutes @ 152 Hops: .75 oz Challenger @ 60 minutes 1 oz Fuggle @ 10 minutes Misc: 1 Whirlfloc @ 15 minutes .5 tsp Yeast Nutrient @ 15 minutes .5 tsp Gelatin for fining Yeast: 1 pkg S-04 English Ale Fermented @ 66F I buy most of my home brewing supplies from MoreBeer.
