Customer Reviews
Fascinating, outstanding, clear
I discovered Alex O’Connor through other debate podcasts, where he is invariably effortlessly articulate and clear, and always proves to be well read and well prepared. He applies not just solid science and reason but also pragmatism, balance and empathy – a rare velvet glove in this field, as well as an iron fist.
Here, in his own podcast, Alex retains all of the above, but in addition it has given him the freedom to explore more broadly as well as play the devil’s advocate, while at no time affecting his obvious foundations of fairness and openness.
I could tell you to look out for exciting things for Alex in the future, but he’s already here.
New listener
Great podcast/podcaster. Only listened to a few up to now but quickly becoming one of my favourites.
Very good podcast
The only fault I can find in Alex is that he is too kind. Peter Hitchens should have been told to go f.. himself after two minutes, since it's not Alex's fault if Hitchens, a supposed intellectual, writes a book on drugs and then is exposed as not knowing anything about the topic. And I say that as someone opposed to legalization.
