The process from initial enquiry to ordering and supply was excellent.
We visited the showroom and discussed our project with Katie who was first class with her knowledge and put us at ease with our project.
Due to some planning issues we could not order as quick has we wanted but once these were accepted the process went very smoothly.
Kate was very efficient and took a great interest with our project regarding size of decking and the size of each step to ensure that the glass panel was correct.
I installed the balustrade myself and the guidance given by WPS was first class

I did something I wouldn't normally do with WPS handrails, I went with the option that cost the least. I say that deliberately because "cheap" would not fit. The quality of product is self evident.
In fact everything about WPS screams quality. The ordering process is straightforward, the speed from order to delivery surprised me and in addition, although my order was really quite modest I saved hundreds of pounds on what it would have cost elsewhere.
However all of these good things were surpassed by the customer service which is outstanding.
There was a problem with my order (Totally MY fault) but the level of support I received from Kate and Holly was wonderful.
If you need handrail/balustrade and decking, save yourself some time, forget the research, just call WPS Handrails.

Excellent product, everything delivered on time. My one issue was that we had a lot of timber left over from the amount we were recommended to buy and it is made not worth your while to get a refund due to all the costs involved in sending it back.

Our new build required 3 sets of post and glass balustrades and WPS helped us determine the optimum approach for our rather specific build. They were competitively priced and Adam helped us all the way, from ensuring we ordered the correct elements to the fitting, which we did ourselves. We are delighted with the finished product. It's rare to find such great service at pre-order, order and after-sales phases.

We have built our home through lockdown and used WPS for 3 separate areas - frameless balcony internal, semi frameless external balcony with decking and wired balcony in the garden and delighted with all. There were some minor issues/oversights which we had with most of our suppliers but were were quickly resolved without any fuss - hence the reason to continue to use them. Great firm to deal with.

WPS were able to provide rail support brackets on the side of our balcony unlike some other firms. The whole process
from measuring up - we have 36m of rails with 3 corners - to completion was handled in a professional and friendly manner and at a competitive price. The installers requested use of our scaffolding and bantam scaffolding for one section They worked hard - non-stop 9 hours in pouring rain. A slight error on the corner brackets was fixed on their final half day. The finished installation looks really great and adds significant value to our property. We plan to have a celebration party to show it off!

Design was easy, ordering easy, customer service good. However, one panel of glass shattered and delivery was difficult as glass was transported on an open pallet which was too heavy to unload. Delivery to darkest Scotland not the easiest! Had to take each panel off one at a time. Miscalculation in length of hand rail and handrail mounting meant it was too short and had to be modified. Like the Onlevel system.

Great product at a reasonable price. Service and delivery was efficient and prompt. Lots of advice and information on their website, and could ring them for advice Had samples from other suppliers but prefferd WPS'S boards.
Friendly and helpful experience, and is local to us so when I needed extra bits I could go and pick it up or they would deliver it. Really pleased with the finished deck

We struggled to get a quote locally in North Wales so I contacted this firm along with some others. The quote from WPS was the best priced even including delivery and two fitters travelling up. The whole process was swift and professional. Quotes and drawings were provided on the day I first enquired. Upon ordering, production was also swift and the fitters installed shortly after. They were very professional and did a great job. Communication throughout was excellent. End result .... looks fantastic and a very good taste left over from dealing with this company. Would recommend them in a heart beat.

After a lot of thought, a few changes of mind we decided to go for frameless glass balustrade at the rear of our house. We got quotes from several companies but WPS was the most competitive by far. Ordering process was simple and Kate and Adam were both very helpful answering my many queries. Delivery was prompt and I decided to fit it myself. It was quite straightforward . It now looks brilliant and our view of the Esk valley is unspoiled by posts etc.

We have just had our frameless button fixed Glass Balustrade completed and are really happy with the result. Despite COVID 19 the whole process went exactly as had been explained within the time advised.
The quality of workmanship and installation exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to enjoy our new patio area when the weather gets better.

From start to finish my inquiry and subsequent order was treated in a professional manner. Contact (Adam) explained the process step by step, confirmed delivery times and methods and was very easy to discuss things with. Deliveries were on time and everything required was clearly packaged and listed on the paperwork.
In simple terms WPS Handrails and staff did exactly as they claimed they would.

Excellent advise and support from the sales team, the quality of the decking planks is superb and the colour has been constant. I find the boards heavy to move by myself whilst in their plastic wrapping but the individual boards are OK to handle and fit into the fixings. The latter are easy to fit and give the necessary gap between boards.
Delivery was expensive for me as I live some way from the midlands, one of the joys of living in Cornwall.

Great quality composite decking, easy to install, delivered on time, maintenance free. Good design and estimation tools on the website. This is my second purchase of their decking, I was so pleased with the first installation that I ripped up some old wooden decking and replaced that too.
