At Kingfisher, we are proud to support and celebrate the LGBTQ+ community. This #PrideMonth we are taking time to reflect on the progress we've made towards building an inclusive culture, while recognising that there is always more for us all to do. To kick off this year’s Pride celebrations, we hosted a panel discussion this morning, which was attended by over 800 of our colleagues from across the Group. We were lucky to be joined by Alex James Lee-Bradley, Marc Stanley and Rachael A., who discussed their personal lived experiences, how to be a supportive ally, the need to listen and educate yourself, the highs and lows of transitioning and the importance of being yourself.     Thanks very much to Alex, Mark, Rachael and everyone else involved!   Happy Pride to everyone 🌈
