Reaction Therapy

A personal growth support group focused on mental health and healing from trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and more. Group sharing, support, and encouragement are facilitated by psychotherapist and life coach Tom Stevens.

Tom will educate the group on coping skills and successfully handling the challenges of daily life. Sharing is encouraged but also voluntary, and group unity is important to help everyone in their progress.

The primary emphasis of the group is to help everyone have a better understanding of where the challenges in their life originated, to feel supported, and to be inspired about life moving forward.

Once subscribed to this tier, you will be contacted to set up a brief meeting with Tom Stevens. This initial assessment will help you hear more about the group and its purpose. Group boundaries and protocol will also be discussed and Tom will give you his opinion on whether the group is a good fit for you and your needs.

It is important to understand that this is a personal growth support group, meaning it is focused on the GROUP being the primary motivator for change in your life, with Tom Stevens facilitating.

This is NOT individual therapy, this is NOT a chat room to hang out with friends, and this is NOT a tier to sign up for so you can talk privately with Tom Stevens. It is for you to improve parts of your life that you’ve struggled with, and for you to help motivate growth and change in others who are in the group.
