Today we are taking a look at a beginner's level instrument - a Glarry Brand Strat Clone. Glarry music sells cheap, import style Acoustic, Classic, Electric & Bass guitars as well as other stringed instruments like Ukeleles and Violins. This company reached out to me and asked me to review one of their guitars. I decided to check out the Glarry ST3 Model Strat Clone https://www.glarrymusic.com/glarry-st3-electric-guitar-p8.html The specs according to the sellers website are: 1. Brand: Glarry 2. Guitar Dimensions: (39.37 x 12.60 x 2.36)" / (100 x 32 x 6)cm (L x W x H) Even though I'm mainly a high-end Les Paul guy - my first guitar was a cheap 'Excel' Strat so I've always liked a cheap Strat. They don't always sound 'good' to everyone, but there is a nice 'low-end' quality to their sound that can sound good in certain situations. I was surprised by the quality of this guitar. The frets were nice and the guitar played well after the action was lowered. The neck has a raw feel to it, which will take some time to get used to... but overall, I think this is a very usable guitar regardless of your playing level. If you're an expert though, you'll want to get better tuners, a professional set up and better pickups though. If you don't have a lot of money and want to start playing guitar, a Glarry guitar would be a great option.
