| Video Discription | Rezala is confined itself within the periphery of Kolkata. A medium thin white gravy chicken recipe that is best served with roomali roti or biriyani.This dish is just magical with its aroma, texture and taste. http://www.vahrehvah.com/chicken-rezala-mughlai-delicacies Ingredients: Chicken 500 g Cloves 4 n Cinnamon sticks 2 n Cardamom 4 n Bay leaves 3 n Butter 2 tb Curd 1 cup Cashew nut and poppy seed paste 1 tb Oil 1 tb White pepper powder 1 tb Ginger garlic paste 1 tb Onion paste 4 n Salt Green chilly 3 n Garam masala 1 tb Red chilly 4 n Saffron ½ g Khewra few drops Directions: First marinate the chicken with salt, white pepper powder, ginger garlic paste, curd, onion paste and rest for 2 to 3 hours.
