| Video Discription | New Delhi, April 11 (ANI): Human rights groups in New Delhi hosted a cycle rally on Saturday spanning 31 kilometers through the city to highlight denial of justice to victims of the 1984 anti-Sikh riots. The rally, which was flagged off from west Delhi's Tilak Nagar area, will pass through various colonies culminating at the popular protest site, Jantar Mantar in central Delhi. Senior advocate and humans rights activist HS Phoolka said members from all religious communities had joined in the unique rally to mark 31 years of denial of justice. As per reports, the participants will also put forth a memorandum to Prime Minister Narendra Modi so their voices could be heard. Those rallying for justice claim successive governments have not only failed to provide closure to the survivors but also failed to identify the miscreants.
