It suffers from the same audio accuracy issues we've seen on the other two NES on chip consoles I reviewed but it does have lowest input lag I've tested when connected to an HDMI television. It does not seem to work with the zapper light gun when connected to a CRT television. Output looks clean through the HDMI connector at 720p at 60fps but it is locked to a widescreen image. If you want a more accurate 4:3 image you'll have to rely on your television settings to get that. The Hyperkin RetroN 1 that we looked at recently does have a switch to toggle between different aspect ratios.
