The recipe is also popular in Kolkata and is cooked in Bengali style. The non-vegetarian mutton dish is made by stewing meat or mutton in fresh spices. You can also replace mutton with beef or chicken if you like. Know how to make it at home by following our easy recipe. Mutton Rezala, A Bengali Dish is a delicious curry which is made in Yogurt, Cashew and nuts paste that gives it a rich flavour. The dish is filled with loads of flavour and subtle taste from the use of cardamom and nutmeg. The curry is best enjoyed with Garlic Naan or lacha paratha for a perfect evening meal.#stepbystep #cooking #newrecipe #familyrecipes #bangladeshifood #authenticrecipe বিয়ে বাড়ির শাহী খাসির রেজালার স্বাদ পেতে আর অপেক্ষা না। খুব সহজেই এবং কম সময়েই বাড়িতে তৈরি করা সম্ভব মজাদার মাটন রেজালা। এই রেজালাটা খাসি, গরু কিংবা মুরগি দিয়েও করা যায়। বিভিন্ন রেস্টুরেন্ট গুলোতেও এই রেজালার চল অনেক, কিন্তু দাম আর সুস্বাস্থ্যের কথা মাথায় রেখে ঘরেই এই রেসেলাটি তৈরি করতে দেখে নিন পুরো রেসিপিটি। #মাটন #মাটন_রেজালা উপকরন: খাসির মাংস ১ কেজি। তেল- ১ কাপ থেকে একটু কম। পেয়াজ বাটা ১ কাপ। আদা বাটা- ১ টেবিল চামচ। রসুন বাটা- ১ টেবিল চামচ। হলুদ গুড়া- ২ চা চামচ। মরিচ গুড়া- ১ টেবিল চামচ। জিরা গুড়া- ১ চা চামচ। লবন স্বাধমত। স্পেশাল শাহী গরম মসলা গুঁড়া -১ চা চামচ। টক দই- ১/৩ কাপ। পেয়াজ বেরেস্তা ১/৪ কাপ। গোল মরিচ- ১/২ চা চামচ। টমেট সস অথবা টমেটো পেস্ট ১ টেবিল চামচ। বাদাম বাটা ১ টেবিল চামচ । টকদই- ২ টেবিল চামচ। **স্পেশাল পারফেক্ট শাহী গরমসলা রেসিপি - https://youtu.be/vdVRx2D4e24?si=ttWn_gaevUNLFf6L ***Instructions: 1. Make the paste using plain yogurt, fried onion, cashew, mace and raisin 2. In a pan, add cooking oil, butter and sliced onion then saute until tender 3. Add ginger paste, garlic paste, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, cloves and give it a mix 4. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir on medium-high heat while gradually adding splashes of water to prevent any burning of spices 5. Now add the meat along with salt and peppercorn and saute for 10 minutes on medium-high heat 6. Add the paste and water and cook for 25 minutes on low-medium heat with lid on 7. Add special garam masala, prunes, dry red চিলিওর paprica powder ,clarified butter, and warm milk or yogurt. 8. Cook for another 15-25 minutes on low heat with lid on 9.
